By accessing or using Reasonly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use our service.

2. Description of Service

Reasonly provides a platform that:

• Connects to your advertising accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Search Console)
• Aggregates and displays advertising performance data
• Generates AI-powered insights and dashboards
• Provides analytics and reporting tools

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reasonly. By registering, you represent that you have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Hackathon Demo Notice

4.1 Demo Status

This is a hackathon demo build created for the Gemini 3 Developer Challenge. Commercial features are not currently active.

4.2 Demo Data

• Demo mode uses simulated sample data
• Real integrations use official APIs with read-only access
• No payment processing is active during the hackathon period

4.3 Future Availability

Commercial availability will be determined after the hackathon concludes. This demo represents work created for the Gemini 3 Developer Challenge.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 You May

• Use Reasonly for lawful business purposes
• Connect multiple advertising accounts per your plan limits
• Share dashboards with team members
• Export your data

5.2 You May Not

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our service
• Use our service to spam or harass others
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to bypass security measures
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of your data. By using Reasonly, you grant us permission to:

• Access your advertising platform data through official APIs
• Process and store this data to provide our service
• Use aggregate, anonymized data to improve our service

6.2 Our Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

7. Service Availability

7.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with or without notice.

7.2 Third-Party Dependencies

Our service depends on third-party APIs (Meta, Google, etc.). We're not responsible for their downtime or changes to their services.

8. Intellectual Property

Reasonly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Reasonly and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Reasonly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We're not responsible for decisions you make based on data in Reasonly

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Reasonly from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You can terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment fails
• We're required to do so by law
• We discontinue the service (with 30 days' notice)

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except you may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.
